Chartered Accountant

As a Chartered Accountant at MBSK & Co. We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients and have associate offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai UAE, and London, UK. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct statutory audit under the Companies Act 2013 - Perform tax audit as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961 - Conduct internal audits, limited reviews, due diligences, concurrent reviews, and bank audits - Finalize financial statements and supervise a team of accountants and articled assistants - Communicate with clients and overseas counterparts - Handle team management, work delegation, and team training - Act as a single point of contact for clients and coordinate with cross-service teams - Own client relationships and deliverables **Qualifications Required:** - CA qualification with 7+ years of experience in a team leader role - Excellent knowledge of accounting software and ERPs - In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws - Basic knowledge of FEMA and Corporate laws - Strong team management and client handling experience - Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mentality with strong work ethics - Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language - Proficiency in MS-Excel Join us at MBSK & Co.
