Job Discription: Lead a team of 3 Chartered Accountants and 4-5 interns, allocate tasks and oversee audit engagements to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Plan, execute and monitor statutory audits and tax audits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Independently Manage and execute Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for mid to Large size clients. Review audit working papers, financial statements and tax computations to ensure completeness and correctness. Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining coordination with clients. Identify audit risks, suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices in audit methodology. Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, address their queries, and provide value-added recommendations. Mentor and train team members, review their work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
