Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial management, statutory compliance, audits, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. The role involves financial planning, analysis, monitoring, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Conduct internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns (Direct & Indirect Taxation).
Oversee budgeting,forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Implement financial controls and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and financial regulations.
Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Qualified / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Proven experience in financial monitoring, auditing, and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
