Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, India for a Chartered Accountant - Due Diligence at Ambiraj Consulting Pvt Ltd. The role involves performing financial, operational, and strategic evaluations of businesses for merger and acquisition purposes. Daily tasks include analyzing financial statements, assessing risks and compliance, and preparing detailed reports. The Chartered Accountant will also communicate findings to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Strong Financial Analysis and Accounting skills
Experience in Risk Assessment and Compliance
Proficiency in preparing Due Diligence Reports
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus
Advanced knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel
