Job Description

Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for analysing financial qualification criteria, arranging required EMD/BGs/PBGs/Certificates from CAs, Auditors, Bankers, Review of books, GLs, and preparation of Quarterly/Yearly Standalone and consolidated financials as per Ind AS.

2.He should Expertise in finance and accounting, Banking, Statutory Compliance, Imports and exports, MIS, Budget etc

3.He should have experience Handling a team of 10 persons.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
