Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting

  : Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

• Account Finalization

  : Conduct the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with accounting standards.

• Taxation

  : Manage all taxation matters, including direct taxes (income tax) and indirect taxes (VAT/Service Tax).

• Finance & Accounts Oversight

  : Oversee all finance and accounts functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Compliance

  : Ensure the timely submission of all returns to relevant authorities.

Skills Required:

• Chartered Accountant

  qualification with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship).
• Proven experience in

  accounting

  , with a preference for a non-business finance background.
• Majority of experience should be from a

  real estate company

  , with a focus on residential projects such as villas or high-rises.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and account finalization.
• Expertise in managing direct and indirect taxation matters.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

QUALIFICATION:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
