Role & responsibilities

Assess and refine the companys existing
accounting and internal control systems as per Applicable laws

Prepare and align
financial statements
in line with requirements
Work on
audit coordination, due diligence, and financial reporting
.
Ensure
tax compliance, statutory filings, and ROC obligations
are up to date.
Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and all other consultants
Provide
financial insights and MIS reports
to management for strategic decision-making.
Develop policies to enhance
transparency and reporting accuracy
