Channel Sourcing & Management - MBA Fresher

Role Overview: As a Channel Sourcing & Management Fresher in our Sales/Business Development department at Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with channel partners such as DSAs, connectors, and referral partners. Your main responsibility will be to support these partners in sourcing clients and ensuring seamless coordination between them and our internal teams. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into business development, relationship management, and sales within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners. - Visit AMFI registered channel partners and empanel for Digital LAS digital. - Educate and keep partners updated on company products, policies, and processes. - Serve as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cases. - Monitor partner performance and help achieve monthly business targets. - Provide timely updates on leads, conversions, and pipeline status. - Drive contests in large channels by engaging and selling ARGFL Proposition. Qualifications: - MBA Graduate (Commerce/Management preferred). - Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/customer service.
