Channel Sales Manager - Agency EEI

As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) at our company, your role will involve supervising the business delivery under the Agency travel team and Tie Ups, with a primary focus on growing the business profitably through Channel Management Agents. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily activities of producers to ensure a strong pipeline, coaching and guiding them to cross-sell and grow the business, and aiming to make individual agents grow by at least 20% every year. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality of applications, supporting and guiding producers in all activities related to policy services, and training agents on products, processes, and unique selling points of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium - Ensuring sustainable profitability - Maintaining hygiene in operations - Recruitment and retention of agents - Activation of agents In your interactions, you will engage with various internal stakeholders such as Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance, Underwriters for risk analysis, the Finance Team for taxations handling, Human Resources for talent pool management, the Training Team for employee development, and NSM/RSM/ASM for collaborative suggestions. Externally, you will engage with Agents and Brokers. Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in insurance - At least 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.
