Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and closing property sales. This role involves actively engaging with customers, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong sales skills can also apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and handle field activities. Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
