Job Description

We are searching for a smart and dynamic individual who possesses a passion for achieving results and is keen to excel in an agile business environment. The main responsibilities for this role include deploying and implementing the agreed go-to-market and pricing strategy to boost sales growth and market share for the designated commercial team. You will be tasked with leading and overseeing the end-to-end execution, activations, asset maintenance, vendor selection & coordination for BTL activities for Philips Smart Light Hubs. Additionally, your role will involve understanding, developing insights, segmenting existing customers, and acquiring new customers. You will also be responsible for developing and executing the Market Activation Plan for new products, as well as implementing marketing activities and promotions to drive demand. Furthermore, you will need to measure the performance of customers and channels, identifying optimization opportunities. Your support will be crucial in the execution of Growth Calls and the Market Business Review Cycle. It will also be essential for you to develop metrics, monitor, report, and forecast marketing initiatives and activities, while also enabling and engaging customers to enhance their readiness and productivity. You will drive indirect revenue-producing activities such as through-customer Marketing, for-customer Marketing, and lead nurturing. Building and maintaining relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations and ecosystem key players will also be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to drive cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility, as well as build the necessary capabilities to enhance performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Channel Sales and Trade Marketing within the dealership-model based consumer product industry. Exposure to multiple geographies in the West India region, including MMR, Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, and Goa, is preferred. Experience in managing channel partners, engaging with dealers, and handling schemes, coupled with strong communication skills, are essential requirements for this role.,
