Role & responsibilities JOB ROLE : • Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relationship with channel partners to build strategies to help achieve revenue and sales targets for the region • Ensure execution of strategies rolled out in the region • Ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual fund products within the region • Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all the channel partners • The incumbent would be responsible for achieving sales targets and market share for the region • Responsible for planning and executing activities for the channel as well as partners resulting in business growth. Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: • Post graduate/ Graduate with 10 to 12 years of experience • NISM Certification mandatory PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: • Understanding of debt/equity and mutual funds • Good Knowledge of mutual fund regulatory environment • Good communication and presentation skills. • Strong business acumen and should be focus on achieving results and the targets assigned. • The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & outstation travel if required. • Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters. • Promote a positive team environment among staff across levels to maintain composure under pressure and tactfully resolve difficult situations
