Job Description: Sales Manager – Prefabricated Rooms & Cold Storage (Remote Work) Location: Remote Experience: 3–7 Years (Mandatory experience in Prefabricated Rooms, Cold Storage, PUF Panels) Industry: Prefab Structures / Cold Storage Solutions / Industrial Sales Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in Prefabricated Rooms, Cold Storage Solutions, and PUF Panels . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating clients, handling project-based sales, and independently managing the full sales cycle in the prefab and cold storage domain. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for prefabricated structures, cold rooms, and PUF panel projects . Identify potential industrial clients, contractors, builders, and cold storage developers. Prepare technical quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project execution teams for client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain sales reports, update CRM, and forecast sales pipeline. Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations remotely. Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience in PUF Panels, Prefabricated Rooms, and Cold Storage Sales . Strong understanding of industrial cold rooms, insulated structures, and prefab product applications. Proven record of client acquisition and project-based B2B selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with remote working .
