                                Role Overview: As a Channel Account Manager (CAM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and system integrators. Your key objective will be to drive sales growth through indirect sales channels by providing support, training, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell our products and services.  Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with resellers, distributors, VARs, and system integrators. - Develop and implement partner enablement programs to enhance partner sales capabilities. - Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners and address any escalations. - Drive revenue growth through channel partners by setting and achieving sales targets. - Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies. - Identify new sales opportunities within existing partnerships. - Deliver ongoing sales and technical training to ensure partners have a good understanding of our product portfolio. - Create marketing and sales materials to support partners in their sales efforts. - Organize webinars, workshops, and partner events to increase engagement. - Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics such as sales pipeline, revenue, and deal closures. - Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies. - Provide feedback from partners to enhance products, pricing, and market positioning. - Assist partners in closing deals through joint sales calls, negotiations, and product demonstrations.  Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in software such as MDM, UEM, cybersecurity, or SaaS. - In-depth knowledge of the partner ecosystem, including key distributors and resellers. - Demonstrated success in building and expanding channel programs. - Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and communication. - Track record of meeting or exceeding channel sales targets. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel locally and regionally. - A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a Master's in business studies.  Nice to Have: - Experience with MDM/UEM vendors. - Familiarity with both distributor-led and direct reseller models.
