Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Paul Merchants Limited, your main focus will be on setting up a distribution channel of Partners for our Insurance Products in Chandigarh. You will have the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining the Partner Channel, and identifying new market opportunities. In addition, you will train and mentor the Partner Channel, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance sales initiatives.
