Change Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests. This includes tracking tickets, performing quality checks, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting and monitoring the change request process, consulting with brand and cross-domain teams, facilitating workshops, preparing documentation, monitoring dashboards, and providing regular status updates. Additionally, you will validate achievement proof before change closure. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of the change request lifecycle. - Experience in JIRA dashboard creation and maintenance. - Proficiency in JIRA Query Language (JQL). - Hands-on experience with Confluence. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
