Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Change Management Consultant in the Talent & Organization team, assisting clients in navigating disruption, accelerating growth, and creating value while staying agile in a dynamic business environment. Your role will involve discovering stakeholders" challenges, defining change management strategies, leveraging social and digital technologies, developing change capabilities, conducting user review sessions, and implementing strategies to prepare organizations for new business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Discover stakeholders" challenges and expectations, and define a Change Management strategy for business transformational change programs - Use social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Assist clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses - Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings - Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans - Implement strategies to prepare organizations for new business processes - Support Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool - Work with the HR Transformation team to implement HR Systems such as Success Factors and Workday - Collaborate with a dynamic, international team where English is the common language - Mentor and coach junior team members - Contribute to practice-building efforts including recruiting, training, and attending community events - Travel globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-8 years of experience post masters - Educational Qualification: Any MBA/Masters degree fulltime (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
