Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Change Management process globally, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards across all technical towers. Review and approve change requests, ensuring proper risk assessment, business impact analysis, and the inclusion of appropriate approvers. Verify successful testing of all production changes in test environments, maintaining evidence such as change numbers or test results. Drive change approvals with technical teams, CAB, and Executive Committees. Handle Emergency and Urgent Change Requests with minimal business impact. Perform Failed Change Reviews (FCR) , ensuring timely completion of FCR templates, root cause analysis, and tracking of open actions. Maintain and update the Forward Schedule of Changes and chase backlog items. Conduct fail change analysis and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly CAB reports . Monitor and validate data loading into DWH databases, including ETL processes and data validation from MSC centers. Conduct regular backups and restore procedures in accordance with organizational policies. Use tools such as BMC Remedy for ticket management and Tivoli for data monitoring. Manage incident and problem tickets , ensuring resolution within SLA. Support system registration and validation processes and maintain compliance with SOX inventory requirements .
