Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization and leading, managing, and overseeing the F&A function at the India level. This includes overseeing Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting, and Compliances, as well as managing ERP. Your role will also involve supporting India level leadership on strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision making by providing reliable and timely data, analysis, and insights. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running and optimized utility of ERPs with the support of external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize SAP and Navision accounting tools - Follow the financial year April to March for India compliances and calendar year January to December for group reporting - Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and support - Operate within the overall strategy, framework, and policies adapted within the India context and regulatory framework Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant / CMA / MBA Finance - 11-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a head of function role - Strong leadership, managerial, commercial acumen, numerical reasoning, inter-personal, and communication skills - Executive presence, strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills - Understanding the function in the overall context of the business Note: Apply Now and Refer & Earn.,
