CFD Simulation Engineer

As a CFD Analyst in the Automotive domain, your role involves executing Thermal Analysis on a full vehicle level, identifying issues, and providing countermeasures through CFD simulations. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Possess full vehicle knowledge of Automobile Systems and their functions - Build models using ANSA - Set up boundary conditions using UH3D & TAITHERM - Correlate CFD results with Physical Test data - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of FAN modeling - Conduct frontend opening and Heat rejection calculations - Debug simulations in case of issues in RADTHERM/StarCCM+ or any other coupling related problems - Perform ENSIGHT post-processing with report preparation - Utilize StarCCM+ for internal flow simulations - Interpret heat exchanger data sheets - Identify corrective actions for potential thermal issues and determine heat shield placement - Manage projects independently and effectively communicate with customers Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in CFD Fundamentals specifically Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics - Proficiency in engineering tools and systems - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities If you are interested in this opportunity and possess the necessary qualifications, please apply or share your updated profile with the required details such as Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice period to venkateshp@hcltech.com.,
