Certinia-Salesforce System Administrator We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Certinia platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Role Responsibilities On-going consultancy with Operations department to translate business requirements and desired outcomes into system requirements and a plan of execution. Execution of the plan as per an agreed timeline. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure data integrity and security within the platform. Documentation of system, maintenance and security protocols and customisations. Stay updated on Certinia and Salesforce releases and new features to leverage for business improvements. Setting up new users on Certinia ensuring they have the correct permissions and access. Responding to Salesforce / Certinia-related issues. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification. Strong understand of managing 3rd party packages in Salesforce A bachelor s degree in computer science is desirable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A proactive attitude to platform enhancements. A desire to implement best practice solutions. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Active in Certinia and Salesforce communities.
