Role & responsibilities: The Brave Bison marketing team are on the hunt for an experienced, versatile and multi-disciplined designer to level up our marketing activity, support pitches and drive creativity, clarity and consistency across our three agency brands: Brave Bison, SocialChain and Engage. We re going through a period of rapid and exciting growth and are looking for someone to help us tell our story to our clients, our prospects, our people and the industry in new, dynamic ways. Versatile: from social posts to whitepapers, microsites to pitch decks, you can turn your hand to any piece of collateral or content and make it distinctive and engaging. Independent: you re confident with flying solo on projects and experienced at managing senior stakeholders and external suppliers. Organised: you re meticulously efficient, with a strong eye for detail. You keep your cool under pressure, are experienced in juggling multiple projects at once and able to prioritise, multitask and manage your time efficiently. Every day is different in the marketing team, but some of your core responsibilities will include: Being the brand guardian of all design work and championing our brand guidelines across any and all collateral produced by the company s three agency brands. Managed our centralised brand guidelines, image library and social media templates in Figma. Creating compelling and impactful pitch decks, pitch theatre and supporting materials. Supporting the marketing team in conceiving and delivering industry-leading marketing collateral including physical and digital events, email campaigns, social media content, our annual report, whitepapers, award entries and case studies. Creating design assets to support internal communications initiatives. Working collaboratively alongside our in-house editors, client-facing designers and the Brave Bison marketing and growth team. Qualification & skills requirements Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong PowerPoint design skills Motion graphic design a plus Extensive experience designing for print and art-working editorial layouts Previous experience creating campaign toolkits and brand guidelines Delivered Pitch theatre An understanding of / experience in front-end web design Min. 5 years of media/ advertisement agency experience Strong project and stakeholder management skills (use of Monday.com a plus) After Effects, animation, and video editing skills (a plus!) 3D software skills (another huge advantage, but not essential).
