Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with Certified Master Architect (CMA) and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions to drive digital transformation and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and others. Define best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow development and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customizations. Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration mechanisms. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform best practices, security standards, and performance optimization. Drive automation and workflow efficiencies across business processes leveraging ServiceNows capabilities. Participate in strategic planning for ServiceNow roadmap and future platform enhancements. Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and instance consolidations. Work closely with ServiceNow account teams, partners, and vendors to align business goals with ServiceNow capabilities. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience , with at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience . ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is mandatory . Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and development. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Custom Widgets . Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, and Web Services (REST, SOAP) . Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow applications. Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Applications, and Mobile App development . Experience with cloud-based architectures, DevOps methodologies, and Agile frameworks . Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-CSM, etc.). Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), and Performance Analytics . Knowledge of AI/ML-driven automation and predictive analytics within ServiceNow. Experience working in multi-instance and multi-cloud environments .
