Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Certification Sales Leader. The Certification Sales Leader will be responsible for driving business growth by managing certification sales processes, building relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting the company’s services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, overseeing projects, preparing proposals, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership in overseeing client portfolios, strategy development, and delivering exceptional sales outcomes while maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market opportunities and interpreting data
• Excellent Communication skills, including client relations and negotiation
• Experience in Training and Auditing processes
• Proficiency in Project Management to ensure smooth execution of sales and deliverables
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Experience in certification, testing, and inspection services preferred
• Educational background in Business Management, Sales, or a related field
