About the Role

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, andcoordinate appointments coordinate appointments
• Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the CEO
• Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain company documents, reports, and files in an organized manner
• Assist in preparing reports, pitch decks, grant submissions, and presentations
• Handle basic research and data entry tasks as assigned
• Support CEO in personal administrative tasks when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
• Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
