Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Management: Overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring the center runs smoothly.
  • Staff Supervision: Training, supervising, and monitoring the performance of staff members.
  • Sales and Admissions: Handling admission-related queries, guiding prospective students or clients, and conducting follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Customer and Client Support: Providing guidance, emotional support, and assistance to clients or patients, and acting as a first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Administration: Maintaining proper documentation and records related to admissions and operations.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with clients, students, and staff, and sometimes managing call centers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,015.69 - ₹30,015.69 per month
