Job Description

1. Centre Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the training centre.
  • Supervise front office, course advisors, trainers, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards across the centre.
  • Monitor class schedules, faculty availability, and training quality.

2. Admissions & Sales

  • Drive student enrollment to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Supervise the counseling team to ensure effective handling of inquiries.
  • Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Track conversions from leads to admissions and improve conversion rates.

3. Academic Coordination

  • Ensure all courses are delivered as per our quality standards.
  • Coordinate with trainers to maintain academic schedules and content delivery.
  • Monitor student performance and feedback to ensure satisfaction and learning outcomes.
  • Address any academic or scheduling conflicts promptly.

4. Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Manage centre budget, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Ensure timely collection of fees and maintain financial discipline.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on admissions, revenue, and operations.
  • Handle procurement of resources and ensure optimal utilization.

5. People Management

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff (counselors, trainers, and support staff).
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

6. Student & Parent Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Handle grievances, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.

7. Brand & Community Development

  • Represent us in educational fairs, seminars, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and local organizations for student outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
