Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to take full responsibility for the operations of our café. The role involves managing staff, ensuring high service standards, overseeing finances, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff including baristas, servers, and supervisors.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated complaints or queries.
• Manage scheduling, staff performance, and team motivation.
• Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, hygiene, and safety.
• Control inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement promotional activities and contribute to business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and legal requirements.
• Act as the face of the café, maintaining strong customer and community relations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Hospitality/Management degree or diploma preferred.

Salary/Compensation:
