Job Description

The Central Planner is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across production, installation, and customer operations by managing planning, execution, and resource allocation. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking to optimize efficiency and meet organizational objectives. Role & responsibilities Factory End Responsibilities Review and oversee production planning to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company goals. Assess and manage raw material procurement plans to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent production delays. Control the raw material release into the shopfloor by aligning it with the production plan Set and track dispatch targets , ensuring timely deliveries and efficient inventory management. Analyze and optimize capacity planning , including manpower allocation and machine utilization to enhance productivity. Installation End Responsibilities Monitor and manage installation planning to ensure projects progress as expected. Review manpower planning and productivity , identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements at installation sites. Set clear project handover targets , ensuring installations are completed on time. Sales/Customer End Responsibilities Facilitate coordination between Sales, Factory, and Installation teams during project kickoffs. Proactively communicate dispatch planning details to customers and manage delivery expectations. Handle customer service requests , ensuring prompt resolution by coordinating with internal teams. Oversee Sales-Factory-Installation coordination during escalations, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth operations. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production preferred). Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in demand and supply planning within a manufacturing or installation-focused industry. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing capacity and tracking efficiency. Excellent communication & collaboration skills for stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional coordination. Expertise in inventory management, production scheduling, and resource allocation .
