Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in New Delhi. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the eye care center, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided to patients. Responsibilities include staff management, maintaining patient records, coordinating with healthcare providers, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Center Manager will also work closely with marketing and administrative teams to enhance operational efficiency and promote the center's services.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management, staff supervision, and operational oversight
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, and healthcare providers
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in the eye care or ophthalmology field is a plus
