Center Head

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a visionary experienced Centre Head to join our VLCC Clinic in Bangalore. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while upholding VLCC's standards and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar field and hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Nutrition. Strong leadership, communication, sales, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead the Centre team to enhance performance and service delivery. Monitor staff attrition, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with training SOPs. - Sales Excellence: Solution-based selling, setting and achieving sales targets, planning sales events, and driving revenue growth. - Customer Excellence: Ensuring high standards of service, addressing client concerns proactively, implementing corporate policies, and handling client complaints promptly. - Operational Excellence: Managing administrative, operational, and technical aspects of the Centre, ensuring optimal capacity utilization, staff productivity, and quality service delivery. - Business Profitability: Achieving financial targets through cost control, resource allocation, and service efficiency.
