Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a center of 100+ technical staff.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and adoption of new technologies.
• Oversee resource planning, performance, and compliance.
• Build leadership capability and nurture talent.
• Represent the center in client and senior management interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering/Technology.
• 20+ years of technical experience, with relevant experience in senior leadership.
• Proven record in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills.
