We seek enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for sports and are eager to contribute to our vision. The RoleSales and MarketingResponsible for achieving targets of the centerManage leads from various sources such as telephone, walkin, online and promotional campaignsCounsel and register members for various programs at GamepointMaintain relationships with corporates and other institutional customersGuest RelationsEnsure all guests have a good experience at GamepointMonitor all programs and activities to ensure smooth functioning of the centerCommunicate orally and by email with guests as per requirementResponsible for court allocation and slot booking as per requirementPlan and ensure smooth conduction of tournaments and other eventsOperationsManagement of all activities at the center and general office maintenanceTrain and manage staff at the centerMaintaining all records in the center including enquiry / registration forms, registers, accounts, etc.Coordinate with coaching and other partnersEnsure the center and sports equipment is well maintainedPrepare and send reports to management as per company policyIdeal ProfileShould have at least 3 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage people and relationshipsSelf-driven with strong adherence to deadlinesShould be energetic with a passion to learn and growGood experience in working on MS Excel and other office productsPreference will be given to candidates with sports backgroundSports Teams and ClubsWhat's on Offer?Work within a company with a solid track record of successJoin a well known brand within Media & EntertainmentGreat work environment
