Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Center Director

Mission in Motion

Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously improving the practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture
Designated Safeguarding Lead for the center
Set the highest standards of behaviour across their setting consistent with the HEART principles
Coach the highest levels of performance from every member of their team
Deliver world class customer service aligned to local customer expectations
Ensure high quality care and education maintaining internal green audits and external good, excellent or outstanding regulatory assessments
Optimise budgeted ROS
Deliver (or exceed) budgeted occupancy levels
Have up to date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensure compliance with these at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learning
Develop and execute your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality and growth KPIs
Attend client meetings as required

Preferred candidate profile

Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)
Sound/Good commercial acumen
Powerful performance coach
Collaborative and decisive
Analytical capability
Planning and strategy
Uncompromising on quality
Up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and English
To work all of the following shifts on a rotational basis: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm - NO FIXED SHIFT AVAILABLE
Monday to Friday
Rotational shift
Working pattern:
8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (Monthly rotational shifts)
