Responsible for Business unit P&L includes Operation, Business Development, Team Management.
Engage and drive the team members including doctors optimistically and exceed the set business mission.Plan, Organize & Execute all sales and marketing activities towards business development.Take a lead on business time-to-time requirements and part of further expansions.Planning, scheduling, and executing all regular training programs for agents and employeesMonitor the performance of team members on a regular basis.Maintain relationship with PR and media agencies and have strong local connect.
