Center Director

As a Center Director at Bright Horizons, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years old at our daycare and preschool center located in Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore. Your role will also involve being the main point of contact for our families, ensuring a high standard of service and performance. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring the safety of everyone by continuously improving safety practices, being the Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining high standards of behavior across the setting, coaching team members for optimal performance, delivering world-class customer service, and ensuring high-quality care and education that aligns with regulatory standards. You will be expected to optimize budgeted return on sales (ROS), achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy levels, stay updated on early education and childcare quality standards, develop and execute nursery strategies to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to people, quality, and growth, as well as attend client meetings when required. To qualify for this role, you should have an Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable), possess sound commercial acumen, be a powerful performance coach, exhibit collaborative and decisive decision-making skills, have analytical capabilities, excel in planning and strategy implementation, prioritize quality, stay updated on regulatory requirements, and be proficient in MS Office and English.
