Center Director

The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience as a Center Director for at least 3-4 years. You should be willing to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. It is necessary that you reside in East Delhi for this role. As the Center Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the center. Your duties will include overseeing staff, implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for children, and ensuring the center meets all regulatory requirements. A performance bonus is offered as part of the compensation package. The ability to commute or relocate to Shahdara, Delhi is essential for this position. In terms of qualifications, a Master's degree is preferred. Experience as a branch head for at least 3 years is also preferred. Proficiency in English is important for effective communication with staff, parents, and children. The expected start date for this role is 01/03/2021.
