We are looking for experienced Senior Teacher should have knowledge, classroom management skills of teaching experience in preschool implementation of the curriculum, maintain records, and support a positive learning environment.

You will be responsible for developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. You will need to employ a variety of educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, and media to teach the children effectively. It will be important for you to observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. You are expected to encourage children to interact with each other and guide them to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum that includes identifying shapes, numbers, colors, and engaging in crafts activities. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be required to organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times. Tracking children's progress and reporting to parents, as well as communicating regularly with parents to understand the children's background, will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards is essential. The ideal candidate should be interested in working as a Preschool Teacher and have an understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods. Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms, good communication and instructional skills, and a cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable demeanor are important qualities for this role. A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen is also necessary. Qualifications required for this position include any UG/PG degree. The work timings are from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). The Mentor is responsible for implementing the curriculum, taking care of the children and conducting activities for the children. Mentor has to play the role of a warm and loving parent. Their attitude, skills and knowledge influence their interaction with children, colleagues and parents. Mentor has to attend to all the needs of children. Following are the responsibilities of a Mentor: Organize and conduct activities by implementing the curricula that allows the child to learn, grow and explore their interests. Monitor and ensure safe arrival and departure of children to and from the daycare. Prepare and submit periodical assessment reports of children to the management and daycare head. Organize and conduct activities during special events. Basic computer knowledge. Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of basic milestones of children at each stage of growth. Excellent knowledge of at least 3 subjects taught in schools. Motherly, compassionate and patient.
