Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Coordinator located in East Delhi, India. The Center Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating therapy sessions, and overseeing administrative tasks. They will also work with therapists and trainers to ensure smooth delivery of services and manage client communications. Additionally, the role involves organizing training programs and managing intern schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the front desk
• Registering new patients & updating online records
• Scheduling appointments & managing calendar
• Confirming appointments & sending reminders
• Collect & process payments
• Collaborating with team members
• Managing intern records
• Coordinating training schedule
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Following MHA 2017 guidelines, for dealing with clients

Qualifications:

• UG Graduate
• proficiency in using basic computer applications and google apps
• proficient in hindi & english (verbal and written)
• strong interpersonal skills
• ability to manage confidential information
• strong coordination & management skills
• attention to detail& accuracy
