Center Coordinator

You will be joining Oruga World as a full-time on-site Center Coordinator in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the center. Your duties will include managing staff, interacting with parents, overseeing child activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in child care or early childhood education is required. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a good understanding of child development principles. Having First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, while a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English and hands-on knowledge of computers are non-negotiable requirements for this position.
