About the Strategy Team:
The Strategic Leadership Office team is a fulcrum team that plays a significant role in shaping and translating business goals to tangible financial impact. The team closely works with CXOs to shape the business agenda and direction by identifying white spaces along growth, profitability and business excellence. It then collaborates with functional leaders to translate the agenda to actions. Finally, the team owns and closely monitors the business impact of actions. In sum, the SLO team experience helps our associates think and act like CXOs to prepare them for future leadership roles. Some of our top leaders have transitioned through this team and lead critical businesses.
We take great pride in our investments in this team. Over 40+ professionals have joined us so far in this team to shape delivery some of the India s best infrastructure projects such as Palava - India s First Smart City, Trump Towers and the like. About the Role
Commercial Strategy for Extended Eastern Suburbs Business
The commercial strategy (CS) role will manage city operations accounts for Lodha s private city and townships business. The role will work closely with commercial head and team of all sites and central accounting team on closely monitoring and independent control of commercial accounts related to city management operations federation common area maintenance, society common area maintenance, snagging and handover account and provide support to business strategy team on project PL accounts.
- City operations PL
- Managing city management commercial account by way of annual budget review and approvals
- Analyse and plan for long-term PL by way of revising CAM rates for new sales, identifying cost-reduction optimization opportunities
- Project PL support
- Work with strategy team members on evaluating project specific PL account and analysing impact of project specific decisions (building type, layout, typology etc.). Make PL projections along with peers and support in execution
- Initiatives on improving city operations
- Identify and take-up initiatives related to city operations in any identified areas to help improve PL
- Plan and support in project handover in terms of society formations, commercial settlement statements
Team Structure
The candidate will report to either AVP or Dy. CEO of Extended Easter Suburbs team. The role may also require to work with Dy. CEO/RCEO of Townships for key commercial and other initiatives improving PL. This role requires the candidate to work cross-functionally with HPM (city operations) team, central accounts, sales, marketing, customer services, legal documentation, designing architecture team, central procurement teams. The role may require occasional front-ending with vendors contractors, society bearers residents.
