We serve a wide variety of vegetarian dishes across multiple cuisines, and we are looking for an experienced CDP (Senior) to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for vegetarian cuisine and a strong ability to manage and execute dishes with precision, we’d love to meet you!Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality vegetarian dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, etc.).
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Take charge of assigned kitchen sections (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, tandoor, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in your workstation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CDP or Senior Cook in a multicuisine kitchen.
• Expertise in vegetarian cooking and knowledge of various cuisines.
• Ability to manage a team and lead kitchen sections independently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
