Job brief

We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation,

Responsibilities

  • In charge of a specific section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, wok, fryer, etc.).
  • Ensures mise en place (ingredients & prep) is ready before service.
  • Prepares dishes consistently according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensures food presentation is attractive and portion sizes are correct.
  • Maintains cleanliness and order in their section.
  • Works with Commis Chefs (junior cooks) and guides them.
  • Reports to the Head Chef.
  • Keeps track of ingredients and minimizes waste.
  • Reports shortages or needs for their section.
  • Prepares and serves dishes on time, especially during peak service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
