Job Description

Job Summary:

The Indian CDP will lead the Indian cuisine section in the resort kitchen. This includes preparing traditional Indian dishes, managing a small team of commis chefs, and ensuring consistent taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently cook North and South Indian dishes with authentic taste.
  • Supervise and train junior staff in the Indian kitchen section.
  • Ensure correct food preparation techniques and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness, proper food storage, and station organization.
  • Contribute to new Indian menu creation and festival menus.

Profile Requirements:

  • Culinary diploma with specialization in Indian cooking preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Indian kitchens; resort experience desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of spices, gravies, tandoor operations, and plating.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
