Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Food Preparation

      :
      • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in the assigned section of the kitchen.
      • Ensure that all food is prepared according to the recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef.
    2. Team Leadership

      :
      • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants.
      • Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
    3. Quality Control

      :
      • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
      • Conduct regular checks on food storage and hygiene practices.
    4. Inventory Management

      :
      • Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
      • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to minimize waste.
