Job Description

Conduct multi-step organic synthesis for pharma intermediates, APIs, and agro actives. Execute and monitor reactions, purify products, and characterize them using TLC, MP, IR, NMR, HPLC, and GC. Maintain lab notebooks and document experimental procedures and results accurately. Ensure safe handling of chemicals, solvents, and hazardous reagents, adhering to lab safety protocols. Support process optimization and scale-up trials from gram to kilogram scale. Keep up-to-date with technical developments and best practices in synthetic chemistry. Qualifications Candidates to be from Pharma or Agro CDMO background. Strong fundamentals in organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms. Hands-on experience in synthesis and basic analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC preferred). Understanding of pharma and agro sector regulatory standards is a plus.
