CCTV Technician

Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment. Troubleshoot CCTV issues, wiring faults, network connectivity, and camera failures. Perform regular system checks to ensure smooth functioning of all surveillance equipment. Execute cabling work (CAT6/Coaxial) with proper routing and labeling standards. Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV placements. Handle maintenance calls and provide timely support to clients. Ensure proper documentation of installations, service reports, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the internal team for material requirements and updates. Requirements: Proven experience of 1–3 years as a CCTV Technician. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, networking basics, and cabling. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. Basic understanding of access control or biometric systems (added advantage). Valid two-wheeler license preferred & two wheeler compulsory. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work on-site as required. CCTV સંબંધિત સમસ્યાઓ, વાયરિંગ ફોલ્ટ, નેટવર્ક કનેક્ટિવિટી અથવા કેમેરા ફેલ્યોર ડાયગ્નોઝ કરી ટ્રબલશૂટ કરવું. તમામ સર્વેલન્સ ઇક્વિપમેન્ટનું નિયમિત ચેકિંગ કરીને તેની સ્મૂથ ફંક્શનિંગ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું. કેબલિંગ કામ (CAT6/Coaxial) પ્રોપર રૂટિંગ અને લેબલિંગ સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ સાથે એક્સિક્યુટ કરવું. સાઈટ સર્વે કરીને યોગ્ય CCTV પ્લેસમેન્ટની ભલામણ કરવી. મેન્ટેનન્સ કોલ્સ હેન્ડલ કરી, ક્લાઈન્ટને ટાઈમલી ટેકનિકલ સપોર્ટ આપવો. ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન, સર્વિસ રિપોર્ટ્સ અને કસ્ટમર ફીડબેકનું પ્રોપર ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશન કરવું. મટીરીયલ રિક્વાયરમેન્ટ અને અપડેટ્સ માટે ઇન્ટર્નલ ટીમ સાથે કો-ઓર્ડિનેટ કરવું. Requirements (લાયકાત): CCTV ટેકનિશિયન તરીકે 1 થી 3 વર્ષનો અનુભવ જરૂરી. CCTV સિસ્ટમ્સ, DVR/NVR, IP કેમેરા, નેટવર્કિંગ બેઝિક્સ અને કેબલિંગનું સારું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ. ટેકનિકલ સમસ્યાઓને સ્વતંત્ર રીતે ડાયગ્નોઝ અને સોલ્વ કરવાની ક્ષમતા. એક્સેસ કન્ટ્રોલ અથવા બાયોમેટ્રિક સિસ્ટમ વિશેનું બેઝિક નોલેજ હોય તો એડવાન્ટેજ. બે-વ્હીલર લાયસન્સ પ્રિફરેબલ. સારી કોમ્યુનિકેશન સ્કિલ્સ અને કસ્ટમર-ફોકસ્ડ અભિગમ. પન્કચ્યુઅલ, રિલાયબલ અને ઓન-સાઇટ કામ કરવા માટે તૈયાર હોવું જરૂરી.
