Job Description

Key responsibilities Installation: Mounting and positioning cameras, running cables, and setting up recording devices (DVRs/NVRs). Maintenance and Repair: Performing regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting technical problems, and repairing faulty equipment. System Configuration: Setting up, programming, and configuring both analog and digital CCTV systems. Site Surveys: Conducting site assessments to determine the best placement for cameras and equipment and to estimate material needs. Technical Support: Providing support to end-users, which can include training them on how to use the system and resolving hardware and software issues. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of installation processes, configurations, and maintenance activities. Compliance: Ensuring all installations and work comply with safety protocols and relevant industry standards. Required skills Technical knowledge of various CCTV system types (e.g., dome, bullet, PTZ cameras). Proficiency with installation and repair of both hardware and software components. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and working in various conditions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills for client support and training.
