Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a CCTV Support Engineer located in Faridabad, with some work from home acceptable. The CCTV Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems and related infrastructure. The engineer will provide technical support to clients, ensure system security and functionality, and assist in system upgrades and maintenance. The role also involves coordinating with team members and clients to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems Technical support and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of security systems and infrastructure maintenance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with system upgrades and maintenance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Relevant certifications in security systems or CCTV systems are a plus Show more Show less
