Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CCTV Support role based in Rajkot. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring proper functionality of installed CCTV systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining system performance, and offering guidance to clients for optimal use of their security systems. Collaboration with team members and maintaining service logs are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and identifying issues
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software concerns
• Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant technical certifications or a background in electronic security systems is a plus
• Experience in the security or surveillance industry is advantageous
